The Process of Receiving Tender Documents for Broadcasting Tender Has Started (Please scroll down for English)

Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu tarafından 2024-2025, 2025-2026 ve 2026-2027 futbol sezonlarına ilişkin TFF Süper Lig ve TFF 1. Lig Müsabakaları Yayın Haklarının Devri hakkında düzenlenecek ihale, İhale Genel Şartnamesi'ne ve her bir pakete ilişkin Özel Şartnameler'e uygun olarak kapalı teklif ve pazarlık usulüyle yapılacaktır. Yayın ihalesinin "İhale Genel Şartnamesi" ve her bir pakete ait "Özel Şartnameler" ile eklerini satın alma süreci başlamıştır.

Yayın ihalesine katılabilecek olan sermaye şirketleri, kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ve ortak girişimler/iş ortaklıkları; İhale Genel Şartnamesi ile birlikte Paket A, Paket B, Paket C, Paket D ve Paket E Özel Şartnamelerini ve eklerini içeren ihale dokümanlarını, satış bedeli olan 300.000 TL'yi TFF'nin Denizbank A.Ş. TR41 0013 4000 0600 1423 8000 01 IBAN numaralı banka hesabına ödeyerek 26.01.2024 günü saat 17.00'ye kadar, Hasan Doğan Milli Takımlar Kamp ve Eğitim Tesisleri Çayağzı Köyü Riva/Beykoz/İstanbul adresinde mukim TFF Mali İşler Direktörlüğü'nden çalışma saatleri içerisinde yetkili kişilerce elden teslim alabilirler.

Teklif vermek için son tarih 14/02/2024 Çarşamba günü saat 14.00 olup, verilen teklifler Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu ve Kulüpler Birliği Vakfı'nca oluşturulan İhale Komisyonu tarafından değerlendirilecektir.

İhale Komisyonu, ilk teklifleri değerlendirdikten sonra isteklilerin hepsinden veya bir kısmından yeni teklif isteyebilir. İhale Komisyonunun vereceği makul süre içerisinde ilgili kişilerden yeni tekliflerini sunmaları istenir. İhale komisyonu gerek gördüğü kadar yeni teklif alabilir. Yeni teklifler İhale Genel Şartnamesi'nde belirtilen usul ile sunulur.

TFF Süper Lig ve TFF 1. Lig Müsabakaları Yayın Haklarının devrine ilişkin ihalenin 29.02.2024 tarihine kadar tamamlanması hedeflenmektedir.

Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu 2886 sayılı Devlet İhale Kanunu ve 4734 sayılı Kamu İhale Kanunu hükümlerine tabi olmadığı gibi tüm teklifleri reddetmekte veya ihaleyi iptal etmekte serbesttir.

Tender for Transfer of Broadcasting Rights of TFF Super League and TFF 1st League Competitions for the 2024-2025, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 football seasons will be held by the Turkish Football Federation in accordance with the Tender General Specifications and Special Specifications for each package. Tender will be made through sealed bidding and negotiation. The purchasing process for the "Tender General Specifications" and the "Special Specifications" and annexes for each package of the broadcasting tender has started.

Companies, public institutions and organizations, joint ventures/business partnerships may participate in the broadcasting tender; the tender documents, including the Tender General Specifications, Package A, Package B, Package C, Package D and Package E Special Specifications and their annexes may be obtained from the TFF Financial Affairs Directorate, located at Hasan Doğan National Teams Camp and Training Facilities Çayağzı Köyü Riva/Beykoz/İstanbul, by authorized persons in hand during working hours until 26.01.2024 at 17.00 after depositing sales price of 300,000 TL to TFF's Denizbank A.Ş. bank account with IBAN number TR41 0013 4000 0600 1423 8000 01.

The deadline for submitting bids is on Wednesday, 14.02.2024 at 14.00. The bids will be evaluated by the Tender Commission established by the Turkish Football Federation and Clubs Union Foundation.

After evaluating the first offers, the Tender Commission may request new offers from all or some of the bidders. Relevant persons are asked to submit their new offers within a reasonable period given by the Tender Commission. The Tender Commission may receive as many new offers as it deems necessary. New offers are submitted according to the procedure specified in the Tender General Specifications.

The tender for the transfer of Broadcasting Rights of TFF Super League and TFF 1st League Competitions is aimed to be completed by 29.02.2024.

Turkish Football Federation is not subject to the provisions of the State Tender Law No. 2886 and the Public Procurement Law No. 4734, and is free to reject all offers or cancel the tender.
