Second day of International Kuşadası Cup

The International Kuşadası Cup, organized by TFF, has continued with the second day matches of the groups.

In the second day of the tournament which is organized between 7-12 March 2011 with the participation of the players from U16 category, European Squad of Turkey drew 1-1 against Rep. of Ireland in Group A. European Squad's goal cam from Kerem Bülbül (Min.65) while, Conor O'Driscoll (Min.55) hit the target for Rep. of Ireland. In the day's other match of Group A, Western Squad of Turkey also drew 1-1 against Azerbaijan. Hüsamettin Yener (Min.29) scored the goal of Western Squad while, Azerbaijan's goal came from David Garayev (Min.76).

In Group B, İstanbul Squad of Turkey beat FYROM 3-1. İstanbul Squad's goals came from Sefa Topyay (Min.37) and Furkan Taşdemir (Min. 59 and 78) while, Enis Mustafa (Min.78) scored the FYROM's only point by an own goal. In the day's other match of Group B, Eastern Squad of Turkey drew 1-1 against Georgia. Eastern Squad's goal cam from İrfan Kahveci (Min.67) while, Ilia Kerdzevadze (Min.19) hit the target for Georgia.

The International Kuşadası Cup is organized to create more player selection choices for Turkey U16 National Team and the clubs.
