Turkey Under-18 national team have won the third place at Valentin Granatkin Tournament in Russia by beating Belgium 2-1 in the 3rd/4th place play-off match. Orhan Gülle was on target twice in the game. (2 and 57)
Host Russia won the tournament on home soil after their 3-0 victory over Ukraine in the final. Azerbaijan won 4-3 after penalties against Uzbekistan and came fifth, while Belarus' 3-2 win over Finland helped them finish on 7th place.
Turkey had beaten Finland and Azerbaijan both with 2-1 scores but finished Group B on second place after losing 1-0 to Ukraine.
