önceki flampiyonalarda da oldu¤u gibi,
bizlere gelece¤in y›ld›zlar›n›
görebilmemiz için önemli bir f›rsat
yaratacak.
Mercedes-Benz Ege Kupas› y›llar içinde
gösterdi¤i süreklilikle gençler
kategorisindeki en prestijli haz›rl›k
turnuvalar›ndan biri haline geldi.
Turnuvaya kat›lan tak›mlar›n say›s› her
sene çeflitlilik gösterirken, Avrupa k›tas›
d›fl›ndan gelen ülkelerin de kat›l›m›,
kupan›n kültürel içeri¤ini zenginlefltirdi.
Dünya
futbolunun ekonomik ve mali
büyüklü¤ünün “sportif altyap›”
yat›r›mlar›n› azaltt›¤› bir dönemde
Mercedes-Benz Ege Kupas› gibi genç
futbolcular›n kariyerlerindeki ilk
basamaklar›n› ç›kmas›n› sa¤layan bu
tarz turnuvalar, ayn› zamanda onlara
sportif ve kültürel aç›dan da önemli bir
deneyim kazand›r›yor.
Turnuvaya kat›lacak genç oyunculara
“Sayg›” ve “Fair-Play” kurallar›
içerisinde baflar›l›, keyifli ve
centilmence maçlar diliyorum.
I believe that the 15th edition of the Mercedes-Benz Aegean Cup
will once again grant us the opportunity to watch the stars of the
future this year like past.
Mercedes-Benz Aegean Cup, has shown a continuity over the
years and has also become one of the most prestigious friendly
tournaments in youth level. The participant countries of the
tournament is varying in each year. Besides, the cultural aspect of
the tournament is enriched by participants outside of Europe.
As world football’s economic and monetary constraints have
decreased the investments in youth sports in this period,
tournaments like Mercedes-Benz Aegean Cup provide the first
steps to young players in their career and help them gain
experience in sportive and cultural way at the same time.
I wish successful and enjoyable matches within ‘‘Respect’’ and
‘‘Fair-Play’’ principles to the participating young football players.
