Following a ceremony, Türkiye Football Federation and Digiturk beIN MEDIA GROUP, who has been holding the broadcasting rights of the Super League and TFF 1st League for many years, have signed a 2-year extension contract covering the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 seasons.

With the participation of Mehmet Büyükekşi, President of the Türkiye Football Federation, and Yousef Al-Obaidly, CEO of Digiturk and CEO of beIN MEDIA GROUP, the ceremony was held at the Orhan Saka Conference Hall of TFF Hasan Doğan National Teams Camp and Training Facilities in Riva.

Football Federation Deputy Chairman Murat Aksu, Yusuf Günay, Yalçın Orhan, Members of the Management and Executive Board Müslüm Özmen and Ali Dusmez, Members of the Board of Directors İdil Karademirlidağ Suher, Talat Papatya, General Secretary Kadir Kardaş and Digiturk representatives attended the ceremony.

TFF President Mehmet Büyükekşi, who gave the opening speech of the ceremony, said, "We are witnessing a very important day for Turkish football together. We will sign our new contract with Digiturk BEIN MEDIA GROUP, our long-standing business partner, for the broadcasting rights of Super League and Spor Toto 1st League.".

President Büyükekşi, who emphasized that they have reached an agreement for the broadcasting rights in a short time, declared, "As the new TFF Board, one of our most important steps in a one-week period was to find a solution to the broadcaster crisis of Türkiye football, which has been lasting for months and could not have been resolved. After a meeting with the CEO of beIN MEDIA GROUP, Mr. Yousef Al-Obaidly, we improved the terms of the agreement and finalized the broadcasting issue that our football fans have been eagerly waiting for. I thank him very much. This agreement will create a great resource for all our clubs, especially for our Anatolia region teams, which make up a large part of our main income from broadcasting revenues. I would like to thank Digiturk and Mr. Yousef Al-Obaidly for their consistent support to Turkish football and for this contract being signed here today. I have an absolute faith that we will make a good cooperation in a harmonious manner during the new period. I wish this cooperation to be beneficial to the entire football family, especially to our clubs. I hope that our cooperation with beIN MEDIA GROUP, who started to support Turkish football with Digiturk in 2001, who is a pioneer in football broadcasting and who makes significant investments in Turkey, will continue for many years.".
