Turkish U19 National Team, be in charge of Tolunay Kafkas and coached by Vedat İnceefe, beat Kazakhstan 3-0 in their first match of 2017-2018 UEFA U19 European Championship Qualification Round Group 13 which is held in Manavgat, Antalya, Turkey

The match was played in Arslan Zeki Demirci Sports Complex-Emir Hotels, Manavgat, Antalya and Turkey's goals came from Ufukcan Engin (Min. 29), Doğukan Sinik (Min. 43) and Güven Yalçın (Min. 90+3).

Turkey will face Wales in their second match of the group on 10 November 2017 at 14.00 CET.

The qualifying round is made up of 13 groups of four countries, totally 52, playing in one-venue mini-tournaments. The top two from each pool progress to Elite Round. In Elite Round 26 qualifiers plus the top two seeds in U19 National Teams Ranking, Spain and Portugal, compete in seven mini-tournament groups of four. The seven group winners advance to the finals to join the hosts. The finals will be held in Finland between 16-29 July 2018. First 5 teams of the 2017-18 UEFA U19 European Championship Finals will participate to 2019 FIFA U20 World Cup Finals.
