Women U19 National Team, coached by Ogün Temizkanoglu, beat Belarus 2-0 in third and the last match of 2013 UEFA Women's U19 European Championship First Qualifying Round Group 5 which was held in Turkey. The match was played in World of Wonders Football Center, Antalya and Turkey took the win by Yaşam Göksu's double-strike on 26th and 57th minutes.

In the day's other match of the group, Norway defeated Scotland 1-0 by Guro Reiten's goal on 5th minute in World of Wonders Football Centre-2.

After these results, despite the win in their last game, Turkey were eliminated from the tournament in First Qualifying Round by finishing the group in the 3rd place with 3 points. Besides, Norway and Scotland qualified to Elite Round as a group winner and runner-up.

40 teams are drawn into 10 ten groups in First Qualifying Round. The top two in each group and the third-placed side with the best record against the leading pair in their section will join top seeds Germany, France and England in the second qualifying round from 4 to 9 April 2013. In this round, 24 teams will be drawn into 6 groups and at the end of the round, all six group winners and the runners-up with the best record against the teams first and third in their section will join hosts Wales in the finals from 19 to 31 July 2013. Wales have progressed directly to the finals as hosts for the first time.
