TFF's FIFA Referee, Cüneyt Çakır has been invited to officiate in FIFA U-20 World Cup 2011 which will be held in Colombia this summer. FIFA has also assigned TFF's FIFA Assistant Referees Bahattin Duran and Tarık Ongun in this tournament.

While, Cüneyt Çakır will be one of the six referees from UEFA, there will be 16 referees and 32 assistant referees in FIFA U-20 World Cup 2011 for officiating the tournamnet matches which will be held between 29 July-20 August 2011 in Colombia.

The FIFA U-20 World Cup 2013 will be held in Turkey that the decision had been announced by FIFA President, Sepp Blatter on March 2011.
