International Coach Development Congress which is organized from TFF by two-year, has ended in Titanic Resort Hotel, Antalya with 600 participants. The congress was held on 10-11 January 2010.

TFF President Mahmut Özgener, Coach Mentors Association of Turkey President İsmail Dilber, TFF General Director of Football Ersun Yanal and UEFA Representative Andreas Morisback made the opening speeches of the congress.

At the end of the opening ceremony of the congress, TFF President Özgener gave the UEFA Pro-License Certificate to the coaches as Fatih Terim, Mustafa Denizli, Fethi Demircan, Yılmaz Gökdel, Şenol Güneş, Coşkun Özarı, Özkan Sümer, Tınaz Tırpan and Metin Türel who managed Turkish Senior National Team in previous years.

In the second day of the congress, Turkey Senior National Team Coach Guus Hiddink made a panel discussion titled as Turkey: 'On the Way of EURO 2012'.
