EU Social Dialogue Meeting, organized under the coordination of UEFA with the participation of all football stakeholders, was held on April 29, 2025, at TFF Riva Hasan Doğan National Teams Camp and Training Facilities. The meeting focused on improving the provisions of professional footballer contracts signed between clubs and professional players, as well as the resolution of related disputes.

The meeting was attended by TFF 2nd Deputy President Fuat Göktaş, TFF Board Member Ural Aküzüm, TFF General Secretary Abdullah Ayaz, TFF Deputy General Secretaries Özcan Şepik and Erkan Kıraç, along with representatives from European Club Association, European leagues, FIFPro Europe, Turkish Super League Professional Football Clubs Association (Super League Clubs Association), Turkish League 1 Clubs Association, Turkish Professional Footballers' Association and club representatives.

In his speech, TFF 2nd Deputy President Fuat Göktaş expressed the purpose of the meeting, stating: "Our goal today is to improve the contracts signed between clubs and professional footballers beyond the minimum mandatory elements stipulated in FIFA and TFF regulations, by taking into account the interests and demands of all stakeholders through mutual consensus. This meeting is the first step of EU Social Dialogue and serves as a platform for all stakeholders to voice their opinions and express their needs. Clubs and players are both stakeholders of Turkish Football Federation. Our aim is to facilitate the implementation of a standardized contract that all parties agree upon through mutual understanding, thereby contributing to the development of Turkish football."
