Türkiye to Apply for UEFA Europa League and Womens Champions League Finals
UEFA officially received declarations of interest from 15 member associations to host the finals of UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, and UEFA Women's Champions League in 2028 and 2029.

Among the member associations that submitted their declarations of interest, Turkish Football Federation will apply to host 2028 UEFA Women's Champions League Final and 2029 UEFA Europa League Final. After their reviews, if UEFA Executive Committee approve our bids, our country will earn the right to host 2028 UEFA Women's Champions League Final at Ali Sami Yen Spor Kompleksi and 2029 UEFA Europa League Final at Ankara 19 Mayıs Stadium.

All federations applying to host these events are expected to submit their final proposals along with their bid dossiers to UEFA by June 10, 2026. UEFA Executive Committee will announce the host federations for these 8 finals in September 2026. The selection process for the stadiums that will host the finals began on July 11, 2025, and the deadline for federations to declare their interest was set for October 22, 2025.
