Ankara has qualified to the final tournament in UEFA Regions Cup from Intermediary Round Group 4 by finishing the group in 1st place which was held in Slovenia. Ankara (Turkey) has reached to the finals by beating FC Carmiel Safed (Israel) 1-0, South East FYROM (FYROM) 3-0 and Murska Sobota (Slovenia) 3-1 in their group matches.
The 2010/11 UEFA Regions' Cup finals will be held in the Minho region in the north of Portugal between 21-28 June 2011. Matches will be played at the Estádio de Fão, the Estádio 1° Maio in Braga, the Estádio Municipal de Vila Verde and the Estádio Cidade de Barcelos, which was one of the venues for the UEFA European Under-21 Championship in 2006. The draw for the eight-team final tournament will take place on 11 May in Braga.
