Based on the current coefficient ranking list, the best-ranked team, Germany, will join the competition in the second qualifying round. The team with a bye for the first qualifying round, the 10 group winners and the five best runners-up from the first qualifying round play the second qualifying round. To determine the five best runners-up from the first qualifying round, only the results of the runners-up against the winners and third-placed teams in each group are taken into account. On completion of the second qualifying round, the four group winners qualify for the final round. The final round of The 2010/11 UEFA European Women's Under-17 Championship is scheduled for June 2011 with two semi-finals, a third-place play-off and final played at the Colovray stadium opposite UEFA's Swiss headquarters in Switzerland, Nyon.
