In the final played at Beşiktaş Park, the goals that secured victory and the championship for the English side were scored by Youri Tielemans, Emiliano Buendía and Morgan Rogers.

TFF President İbrahim Ethem Hacıosmanoğlu and former national team footballer İlhan Mansız, who served as UEFA Europa League Ambassador, attended the trophy and medal ceremony held after the match. During the pre-match ceremony, İlhan Mansız placed the trophy on the podium. Mansız also carried the trophy to the podium ahead of the trophy and medal presentation ceremony.
