Futsal National Team, coached by Ömer Kaner, drew 2-2 against Azerbaijan in their last match of Baku International Futsal Cup which is held in Baku, Azerbaijan. In the day's other match of the group, Ukraine beat Uzbekistan 2-1.
With these results, Turkey finished the cup in 3rd place with 2 points while, Ukraine took the championship by winning all of their games.
Futsal National Team will attend Futsal EURO 2012 which will be held in Split, Croatia between 31 January-11 February with the participation of 12 teams. Turkey will face Italy and Russia in Group C.
