U17 National Team beat Armenia 3-0 in their first match of 2010-2011 UEFA European U17 Championship Qualifying Round Group 7 which is held at Iceland. The match was played in KR-Völlur Stadium, Reykjavik. Turkey's goals came from Okay Yokuşlu (Min.15), İbrahim Yılmaz (Min.69) and Okan Deniz (Min.73)

Turkey will face hosts Iceland in their second group match on 24 September 2010 Friday at 19.00 Turkish local time. The match will be played at Vikingsvöllur Stadium.

The 52 associations participating in the 2010-2011 UEFA European U17 Championship Qualifying Round are drawn into 13 groups of four teams. The 13 group winners, the 13 runners-up and the two best third-ranked

Teams from the qualifying round play the Elite Round. To determine the two best third-placed teams from the qualifying round, only the results of the third-placed team against the winners and runners-up in each group are taken into account. Elite Round is conducted to place the 28 participating associations into seven groups of four teams each. The 7 group winners qualify to the Final Round will be played in Serbia from 3 to 15 May 2011 with seven teams joining the host nation. The host association of the final round - Serbia - qualifies automatically for the final round.
