U17s coached by Mehmet Hacıoğlu, beat Finland 3-1 in their third and last match of UEFA 2016 U17 European Championship Elite Round Group 2. The match was played in St. George's Park Main Stadium, England and Turkey's goal came from Alparslan Demir (Min. 28), Metehan Güçlü (Min. 70) and Ufukcan Engin (Min. 80+2) while, Louko (Min. 35) hit the target for Finland.

U17s had lost to England 3-1 in their first match and lost to Ukraine 3-0 in their second match of the the group. With these results, U17s finished the group in third place and losen their chance to qualify for 2016 U17 European Championship which will be held in Azerbaijan.

In the day's other match of the group, England drew against Ukraine 1-1.
