2016 FIFA Futsal World Cup European Qualifying Main Round matches will be played in İzmir between at 10-13 December 2015. Also, Turkish Futsal National Team will take place in European Qualifying Main Round draw due to Turkey's International Futsal Ranking position. The draw for the main round qualifying take place on 2 July 2015, Thursday.
 
Besides of that, Turkey will host the third international futsal organization in the history. Previously, 2012 UEFA European Futsal Championship Preliminary Round Qualifying matches had played in Izmir at 2011 and 2014 UEFA European Futsal Championship Main Round Qualifying matches played in Erzurum at 2013.
 
In European Qualifying Main Round, 22 teams will face with 6 Preliminary Round group winners. 28 teams will be divided in 7 groups of 4 teams and winners of each group take a chance to play in FIFA Futsal World Cup Finals.
