U21 National Team, coached by Tolunay Kafkas, defeated Netherlands 2-1 in a friendly game which was played in Kasımpaşa Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Stadium, Kasımpaşa, İstanbul. Despite, Alex Schalk's strike on 17th minute, Turkey won the match by Engin Bekdemir's (Min. 37) (Pen.) and Emrah Başsan's goals (Min. 40) Besides, Lesly de Saf from Netherlands was sent-off from the game on 89th minute.
