Having all expressed their delight at reaching the tenth UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Bucharest, the coaches of Turkey U19 National Team, Serbia, Belgium and Spain outlined their respective ambitions for what is certain to be a keenly-contested Group B.

During the press conference Turkey U19 National Team coach Kemal Özdeş agreed he expected a "colourful and charming" tournament while targeting a place in the last four for his Turkey side. "Our primary objective is qualifying from the group stage. Our style is very similar to that of Serbia so it will be a very interesting match," he explained.

"Added to that we both have players suspended [Nadir Çiftçi, Furkan Şeker and Şervan Taştan] which increases the challenge. We believe if you can execute your ideas on the pitch then normally the result you are hoping for will come." His team won their last five qualification games en route to Romania, leaving Özdeş believing Turkey have just as much chance to lift the title on 1 August as the rest of the competitors: "I trust in my players but every side here has the chance to win. "

Turkey will face Serbia tomorrow in their first match of Group B at 19.00 with Turkish local time in City Stadium, Berceni, Romania.

U19 National Team had reached to the Elite Round after finishing 2010-11 UEFA European U19 Championship First Qualifying Group 1 in 1st place from the teams between Wales, Iceland and Kazakhstan.

U19 National had reached to the Final Tournament after finishing 2010-11 UEFA European Championship Elite Round Group 7 in 1st place from the teams between Germany, Hungary and FYROM.
