Amputee National Team has finished Amputee Soccer World Cup in 3rd place which is held in Argentina. In the third-place match of the cup, Turkey beat Russia 1-0 by Barış Telli's goal.

Amputee National Team had placed with El Salvador, Algeria, Ghana and Liberia in Group C in Amputee Soccer World Cup. After qualifying from the group, Turkey had defeated hosts Argentina 3-1 in the quarter final. Uzbekistan which also takes the championship by winning 3-1 in the final, had beaten Turkey 2-1 in the semi-final.
