 U17s beat Australia:2-0

U17 National Team beat Australia 2-0 and took the 2nd place of U17 International Tournament in England. The match was played at Grimsby Town FC Stadium and Turkey's goals came from Beykan Şimşek (Min.57) and Recep Niyaz (Min.64). In the day's other match of the tournament, England beat Portugal 2-1 and won the tournament by average over Turkey.

Turkey had drawn against England 2-2 in their first match. Turkey's goals had came from İbrahim Yılmaz (Min.16, Min.33) while, Hallam Hope (Min.45(P), Matthew Regan (Min.47) had been the scorers for English side. In their second match, U17 National had beaten Portugal 3-2 and Beykan Şimşek (Min.59), Recep Niyaz (Min.80) and Kadir Arı (Min.80+1) had been the scorers for Turkey, while Silva (Min.23) and Yuri (Min.70) had scored for Portuguese side.
