FIFA Europe & Africa Knowledge Exchange Workshop, attended by representatives of FIFA member associations, was held in Rabat, the capital of Morocco, the host country of CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025.

The event took place at FIFA Africa Regional Office in Rabat with the participation of FIFA President Gianni Infantino. Turkish Football Federation was represented by TFF General Secretary Abdullah Ayaz and TFF Foreign Affairs and National Teams Executive Director Buğra İmamoğulları. In addition to Türkiye, federation officials from Croatia, Poland, Switzerland, Iceland, Chad, Cape Verde, Madagascar, Morocco, and Côte d'Ivoire attended the workshop. During the session in which evaluations were made regarding the structure of national teams and football facilities, Buğra İmamoğulları delivered a presentation on TFF Riva Hasan Doğan National Teams Camp and Training Facilities. Participants also visited FIFA Africa Regional Office as well as the facilities of Royal Moroccan Football Federation in Rabat, where they received information from the relevant officials.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino, commenting on the workshop during which global experiences were shared in the presence of football organizations from two different continents, stated: "It was a real pleasure to welcome friends and colleagues from Africa and Europe to our beautiful FIFA Office in Rabat, where we spoke about knowledge sharing and learning from one another's shared experiences at FIFA Knowledge Exchange Workshop. Football is a global game and throws up unique challenges. It is important we keep an open mind and an open spirit to together take our game forward, and ensure it continues to provide pathways and inspire the next generation."
