64 SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY INCREASE AWARENESS We will use the tournament as an opportunity to increase awareness of sustainability issues throughout Turkey. ACHIEVE ISO 20121 We will organise this tournament based on ISO 20121 Event Sustainability Management System certification. BRING EQUALITY We will extend footballs sense of unity to everyone regardless of age, ethnicity, culture, religious belief and gender based on the ideal of 'sharing together' as a team. We will continue to familiarise the public opinion with the principles of equality. We will use anti-racist media content to underline the importance of fair play and mutual respect, and enhance the culture of football in the younger generations. We will promote public awareness and the joy of football as part of grassroots activities. VOLUNTEER We will establish training centres in nine host cities for all of the self- motivated volunteers. We will provide our volunteers with fundamental skills for UEFA EURO 2024 such as organisational capability and foreign language competence in those centres. Volunteers will attend a training programme of 4-5 years based on the coordination between the Federation and local administrative authorities. At least 25% of these volunteers will be refugees. This will enrich the tournament experience.
