18 The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) is constructing an innovation centre in Riva to serve all elements of European football with a sustainable development approach, forming a ‘valley’ together with its current headquarters inaugurated in 2014 and football high school in its immediate vicinity. The complex will have a 38,000 square- metre usable space and will include 26,000 square–metre closed space. Just across from the TFF Headquarters, soil improvement works of the facility has started in early January 2018 with its inauguration is planned for May 2019. Soil improvement works started in January 2018 1- First phase operational since 2014. 2- Second phase will be inaugurated in 2019.
